I have read this agreement and agree to the terms as stated therein.
Warranty Repair Customer
- Cutomer is responsible for proof of warranty.
- Customer is responsible for data back-up before bringing in for service.
- Warranty does not cover Problems caused by Viruses, Physical Damage, Software of Non-compatible parts installation.
- Customer will be billed for non-warranty service.
- Repair will not extend original warranty.
Non Warranty Repair and Upgrade Customer
- Labor and Diagnostic fees are NOT Refundable.
- Customer is responsible for back up of data before bringing in for service.
- Customer may need to reinstall software after some upgrades for proper opration of system.
- Printers must have sufficient amount of ink or toner for diagnostics and be made by original manufacturer.
- Flat fee will include diagnostics and labor - does not include parts, software, micro components, cleaning and additional services).
- Units which are not picked up after estimates are given or repairs are complete, in 60 days, become property of Computek Warranty.
- Return checks fee $30.
- A 1.5% monthly late payment fee will be assessed to all balances past 30 days.
- There is a 30 days warranty for reoccuring problems (does not include software or other component failure that may cause similar problems).
- All refused repairs/services, after having been approved, are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.
