Before packing your computer:
  • Back up your Software and Data files.
  • Remove any confidential or senasative Data.
  • Use RAPAIR CENTER box or original packing materials.
  • If you were given any Special Instructions by the Call Center Support Representative, please follow those instructions during the preparation.
  • Notebooks must be sent with Power adapters.
  • Disconnect all peripheral devices and cables.
  • Keep a record of your tracking number.
  • Do not include third party hardware if system is under original Warranty.
  • Do not send Notebook carrying case.
  • You will be charged for return shipping and handling.
  • Software problem are not covered under warranty and will have a labor charge.
(Unit may not be returned to you in its original box)

In order to complite the repair of your computer, it may be necessary to re-image the hard drive, which will destroy all data or files. Computek and/or its
agents are not responsible for the loss of data or files. Computek and/or its agents are not responsible for, and reserve the right to, remove any non-
compatable hardware or coftware from your system.
