For new and custom built systems the warranty
coverage begins from the day of purchase ( proof of purchase is required ). For used and refurbished systems the waranty coverage begins 90 days after the purchase of 3 year or 5 year program. Any system that out of warranty or the customer has no proof of purchase will be considered used or refurbished. On-Site Service if product is located more than 50 miles from an authorised VAC service center, the product will be expressed delivered to the service center. All laptops will be expressed delivered. |
